Product Description

  • Self-Leveling Drive: This set is an expansion kit for the Planetary Gearbox, which can be used to build a self-leveling drive system.
A reed switch and a Raspberry Pi Pico let it home itself, then hit any absolute angle, down to 0.018° per step.
  • Self-homing — references itself on a reed switch, every time
  • 0.018° resolution —Down to ~0.018°/step (at 400 steps/rev × 49:1 — scales with your microstep setting)
  • Absolute angles + auto-oscillation — move, sweep, repeat

If you’re looking to start building robots or simply experiment, this set is perfect for you. It allows you to create a gearbox that can level itself like a 3d printer.

After making the purchase, you can download the files and get started right away.
